These terms govern your use of Sokan, a marketplace connecting shippers with independent freight forwarders.
The service
Sokan provides a platform for shippers to publish freight requests and for forwarders to submit quotes. Sokan is not a carrier or freight forwarder and is not a party to any transport contract concluded between users.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Forwarders must hold all licences required to offer their services.
Fees
Sokan is free for shippers. Forwarders pay the fees of their selected plan from a prepaid wallet. Fees for unlocked requests and submitted quotes are non-refundable except where stated.
Conduct
Users must not post false requests, misleading quotes or use contact details obtained on Sokan for unsolicited marketing.
Liability
Transport services are provided by forwarders under their own terms. Sokan is not liable for the performance of any shipment or for losses arising from it.
