How requests are shared
Matching forwarders see your route and cargo summary. Your identity and contact details are shared only with forwarders who unlock your request, and with the forwarder you book.
Why we use data
To deliver requests and quotes, notify you of activity, prevent abuse and improve Sokan. We never sell personal data.
Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as required by law. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
